I Said NO to the Overhaul: Why I Stopped Fixing the Chaos of the Past
LIRE EN FRANÇAIS
Hello everyone, and welcome to the inner workings of my firm!
I'm sharing a major decision today that, as a Solution Architect, is the most logical one I’ve had to make: I have decided to stop offering the “Major Financial Overhaul” service.
The Conflict: The Pareto Principle Versus Survival
For a long time, the overhaul service—where I restored order to chaos accumulated over one, two, or even three years—was essential. I’m an INTP-A; I love complexity, and I can transform a shoebox of receipts into a perfect system.
But I realized a simple, brutal truth:
Chaos repair work is the enemy of strategic growth.
Every hour I spent fixing a client’s past was an hour that could not be spent on the growth strategy of my best clients. It was a low-margin burden that consumed my energy. I was billing for a Lada, but I was delivering a Mercedes. That is not sustainable.
The Action: My Firm is Now an Accelerator (Propeller)
My firm, is built for high-value output. My role is not to dwell in the chaos, but to prevent it and propel action.
My practice is now exclusively focused on Accelerator (Propeller) services:
The Tool is the System: We work with robust accounting systems like QuickBooks Online Advanced to ensure an architecture that can support growth.
The Client is Ready: I accept clients who are ready to invest in the future, not those who are stuck in the past.
My Energy is Reserved for Strategy: My Deep Work time (6 a.m. to 9 a.m.) is now 100% dedicated to system design, and not to fixing receipts.
What This Means for the Future
This pivot is my way of ensuring my firm remains the leader in A.I. financial architecture for growing SMBs. I cut the chaos to give you the best of my expertise.
In my next article, I will show you how QuickBooks Online Advanced is the only tool that can support such ambition, and, most importantly, how it justifies your investment.
See you behind the scenes,
